We at In Safe Hands Care will provide you with a high standard of care that is specifically tailored to meet your individual needs, we work with you and your loved ones to ensure you receive the best care possible and the care we would expect our own families to receive. We work with you to ensure we can offer you call times that meet your needs and provide you with regular carers to ensure your care is just right for you. We regularly liaise with you, our staff , your families, social workers, doctors and anyone that needs to be involved in your care. You will be looked after as part of our family.

Did you know you can choose who provides care for you or a loved one? Many families and individuals who are referred through social services think they have to stay with the care provider offered to them, however you are free to leave them and choose your own care provider.
We provide care to a wide range of service users including, Private, Social Services Customers, Direct Payments, NHS and CHC etc,
We will offer you the best support possible and we will continue to work alongside you, your family and other professionals i.e, Doctors, Social Workers, District Nurses, Occupational Therapists and anyone required to be involved your care to ensure we continue meeting your desired care needs.
Alcester Office
We have been up and running in Alcester since April 2014, whilst this may not seem a long time, we have many years of experience between all of us working here. All of our staff are fully trained, including our Managers and Office Staff. We offer 24 hour support and we also operate a 24 hour On Call Service, giving you peace of mind that someone is just a phone call away.

How much is my care going to cost ?
The cost of care can differ depending on how many hours of care you require. This is something we can discuss on our initial visit.
How many different carers will I see?
We do try to keep this to a minimum, usually you will have a small team of regular carers. We base our holistic care around your individual needs and required outcomes .
If I need help out of office hours who can I contact?
We operate a 24 hour On Call Service.
How can I pay?
You will receive an invoice and you can pay by cheque, direct debit or if you are with Social Services we invoice them directly.
